www.vsawsu.orgThis was the first official cabinet meeting for the 2003-04 school year. President Thiên Vũ wanted to get a head start before the semester begins. The objective was to have the programs planned well ahead of time, ideally, before the beginning of the Fall semester. On top of the meeting agenda was (as always) fund raising. At the beginning of any new school year, the cabinet was almost always had to face the "make-it or break-it" situation. Everyone recognized that most events would cost some amount of money. And the level of successful would depended.......(please continue).
On top of the meeting agenda was to raise enough money for upcoming activities. In addition, there were discussions of what types of activites were to be held over the semester, and how would that help bring the students together as one confident and united group.The meeting took place on WSU campus, in Clinton hall. There were some new faces, but there were some old ones, too. Nevertheless, everyone seemed to be very energetic and about this 2004-05 school year. While the meeting was in session, some still pictures and video filmings were made as to records keeping as well as for keepsake and future references. It was a little more than an hour before the meeting was adjourned. The cabinet then went outside for a group picture. This, as it turned out, was one of the best starts in the VSA organization's history.
