July 12th, 2003 was a special day in the many lives of VSAers from Wichita State University. People gathered at Century Plaza to congratulate Hoàng Huy, the 1994-95 VSA president, for taking the "extra steps" in family planning. It was a reunion party, no less, full of fun and excitement.
There were very many old-timers who were presented at the party, and notably, we recognized quite a few familiar VSA cabinet faces. It was a very special reunion. It was fun, and deeply touched with joy and happiness...
