vsawsu.orgIt was getting toward the end of the Spring (2004) semester. The students were getting ready final exams. No one had time to think about anything else except for finals, finals and... more finals! But the VSA continue to look into the possibility of having one or two more events before the end of the semester. After a few discussion, everyone decided that it was badmitton time! The tournament was held at Heskett Center, a sporting facility located at the northern section of the campus. It was quite a surprise because the number of students signed up to participate was enormous. The VSA had no idea that so many people like to play this sports. And no, it is not considered "girl's sports." There were a number of male students showed up in the tournament. And these students, along with their female competitors, actually showed some powerful swing and spectacular moves. The VSA was fortunate enough to have captured this even through the camera lenses of Thùy-Linh, Khanh Nguyễn, and a few other friends. A job well done, everyone!
